All claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by arbitration, held in Nigeria in English, and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004. The arbitral award shall be final and binding in respect of all claims and disputes under this agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hawaree reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hawaree regarding your use of the Website and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
